The three-level home has five bedrooms and five full bathrooms plus one half bathroom. Its estimated sleeping capacity is 13.

Level 1 has a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a recreation room with ping pong, foosball and a refrigerator. Level 2 has a king ensuite, a queen ensuite, a bedroom with a double/twin bunk and a twin/twin bunk with a semi-private bathroom, and a bedroom with two twin beds. Laundry facilities are on this level. Level 3 has another king ensuite, a half bathroom, a great room, a kitchen with a pantry, a dining area and a sunroom. The ensuite bathrooms have shower/tub combinations. Multiple TVs are provided.

Outside, there is a private saltwater pool and parking for six vehicles. The home is approximately 7.6 miles up the beach in the 4x4 area.

A four-wheel-drive vehicle is required to reach the home. The property is approximately 7.6 miles up the beach in the sandy 4x4 area. It is oceanfront, with no other property or lot between the home and the beach.

No smoking. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken; a maximum of two pets is allowed unless otherwise arranged under the published policy. Pets may not enter pools or hot tubs.
