The home has 12 ensuite bedrooms, 12 full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, with an estimated sleeping capacity of 36. Sleeping arrangements include nine king beds, one queen bed, four double/twin duo bunk sets and two queen sleeper sofas.

Level 1 has three ensuite bedrooms, a half bathroom, a recreation room with a pool table, foosball and air hockey, and a snack bar with a refrigerator, sink and microwave. There is also a laundry room, an office area and two outdoor showers. A large gated deck overlooks the optionally heated pool and one hot tub.

Level 2 has seven ensuite bedrooms, each with access to a custom Trex deck, a sitting room with a queen sleeper sofa, and a theater room with an 85-inch screen, Blu-ray, game access, Direct TV, surround sound and tiered seating.

Level 3 has two king ensuite bedrooms, each with a tiled shower, whirlpool tub and dual sinks, plus a half bathroom. The great room has surround sound and a gas fireplace. The kitchen has granite countertops, three dishwashers, two refrigerators, two sinks, a single oven, a double oven and pantries. Two dining tables seat 30. There is a loft, a den with a queen sleeper sofa, an ocean-view breakfast area and access to a Trex deck with a second hot tub overlooking the ocean.
