The main house has an ocean-view primary bedroom and two additional first-floor bedrooms with jungle views and private bathrooms. The separate guest house has its own bedroom, bathroom and private balcony overlooking the sea. The four bedrooms contain three queen beds and one king bed. Amenities include air conditioning, a BBQ grill, TV, washer and dryer. Located in Uvita within Costa Verde Estates, the property belongs to a private, secure community spanning over 1,250 acres of protected rainforest. Dominical is minutes away, with beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and local activities nearby. A 4x4 vehicle is required to reach the property.
