The air-conditioned ground floor has a living area, open sea view, sofa, flat-screen TV, PS4, fully equipped kitchen, dining area for six, family bathroom with shower, and a separate laundry area with washing machine, dryer and ironing appliances. The outdoor area includes a private 30 m² infinity pool with hydro-massage, sun deck with six deck chairs, outdoor shower, covered dining area for six, Kamado charcoal grill, lounge corner and outdoor table-tennis area.
The first floor has three bedrooms, each with a separate balcony and panoramic sea views. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning and TV. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a king-size bed, air conditioning and TV; a family bathroom with shower is also on this floor.
