The villa is 30 metres from the nearest sandy beach. Restaurants are 100 metres away, Omiš and the Cetina River are 2 km away, Split is 25 km away, and the nearest airport, Split Airport, is 40 km away. The villa is positioned above the coastal road in Duće.
