The home accommodates up to 13 guests across five bedrooms, with an additional sofa bed in the ground-level lounge. Ground-level facilities include two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath and separate shower, a laundry with a washing machine and second fridge, and an undercover deck with outdoor furniture and an outdoor shower. Upstairs are an open kitchen, living and dining area, three bedrooms including a master with an ensuite, a separate bathroom, and a large partially covered deck with Apollo Bay ocean views. The kitchen includes electric cooking, a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, oven, refrigerator, kettle and toaster. The dining table seats 10. Entertainment includes TVs, Chromecast and a DVD player. A BBQ grill, dryer, iron, garden or backyard, crib and smoke detector are provided. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under 2.
