## About the house

The apartment accommodates up to seven guests in four bedrooms, with five beds and two bathrooms. An entrance atrium leads to a large living room with a sofa and TV. Two balconies have lounge chairs, a coffee table and chairs overlooking the gulf. A large sea-view garden has outdoor furniture. The kitchen includes a coffee machine, moka pot, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, alongside a large dining table.

The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and wardrobe. The second has a single bed, wardrobe, desk and ensuite bathroom. A spiral staircase from the living room leads to an attic sleeping area with a single bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The five beds comprise one queen-size bed and four single beds. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and a hairdryer are available.

Recco lies on Golfo Paradiso between Camogli and Sori. Local attractions include Santuario Nostra Signora del Suffragio, the Parish Church of Nostra Signora delle Grazie and the Recco–Madonna di Caravaggio–Camogli path. The coast has beaches and equipped bathing establishments. Recco train station is a 20-minute walk from the apartment; Genoa airport is one hour away by car.

Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days before arrival, depending on local regulations. Check-out is no later than 10:00.
