Strictly no parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless agreed in advance, stays are for private residential use only and must accommodate only the guests stated on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; contact management if this changes. Pets are restricted to outdoor areas and the laundry. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods. Guests must treat the property respectfully.
Getting there
Street access enters at the mezzanine level. Internal stairs connect the upper bedrooms and lower bedrooms and rumpus room. The walk into Lorne town is downhill, with a more challenging uphill return.
