Street access enters at the mezzanine level, where an open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen have ocean views, natural light, polished timber floors and an open fireplace. Stairs lead upstairs to the master bedroom and bunk room, and downstairs to two king bedrooms, the main bathroom and a second living/rumpus room. The four bedrooms contain three king beds and one bunk bed in total.

The rumpus area includes table tennis, air hockey, a DVD viewing area and books. The home also has a piano and a car-themed display. A smart TV, unlimited free Wi-Fi, heating and linen are provided. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishes and silverware. A dryer, iron, bathtub, crib and high chair are available, and the home is suitable for children and infants.

The upper outdoor area offers sea views, a barbecue and outdoor seating. Below are a chimenea, day lounges, lawn and landscaped gardens. A heated outdoor shower is available after trips to the sea. Unless agreed in advance, stays are for private residential use only and must accommodate only the guests stated on the booking.
