# Seasons In The Sun Duck, NC, United States (general area) ## About the house The home has five bedrooms across three levels and four full bathrooms plus one half bathroom. The upper-level great room has a home theater system, with a kitchen and dining area nearby. An ocean-view deck and a ship’s watch provide additional places to relax. The second-floor den offers another living area or a quiet place to work. The ground-floor game room has a pool table, game table and wet bar with a refrigerator and microwave. This level also has laundry facilities, a patio, and gated access to the pool and hot tub. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and private decks, one on the middle level and one on the upper level. Two other middle-level bedrooms have covered-deck access; the remaining bedroom is on the ground floor. Facilities include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a whirlpool tub, cable and streaming TV, multiple TVs/DVDs, a gas grill, outdoor furniture, an outdoor shower and five beach chairs. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are provided. The kitchen has dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker and toaster. Municipal water is provided. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 26 and October 10–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31 in 2027. Duck Village’s shops, restaurants, live music and soundside boardwalk are a short stroll away. Beach nourishment in Duck is planned for 2027.
