The apartment is on the 13th floor of a building with an elevator. Its spacious, modern living room has a dining table, a double sofa bed and an open kitchen overlooking a large furnished balcony with sea and Bari city views. The separate bedroom has a queen-size bed. The bathroom includes a toilet, shower and bidet.

The kitchen has a moka coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. Other facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, television and hairdryer.

Supermarkets, shops, schools and green spaces are in the immediate vicinity, with convenient access to the city center and major roads. Pane e Pomodoro beach is a few minutes away by car, and Bari Centrale train station is less than a 15-minute walk away. The nearest airports and ports are Bari, 30 minutes away, and Brindisi, 90 minutes away.

Bari Vecchia offers historic streets, the Basilica of St. Nicholas and the Norman-Swabian Castle. Regional excursions include Trani (50 km), Castel del Monte (55 km), Alberobello (55 km), Castellana Grotte (45 km) and Polignano a Mare.
