The condo sleeps up to eight guests. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom, a 32-inch Smart TV, bedside lamps and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen-size lower bed and a double upper bed. The living room has a pull-out couch for two, a 65-inch Smart TV and a ceiling fan. A fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, front patio with a table and chairs, and a rancho area with tables and chairs are available. Four Tommy Bahama beach chairs and beach towels are provided. Other equipment includes a high chair, travel crib, safe, hair dryer, iron, linens and towels. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit are provided. Optional house cleaning is available, and long-term stays are allowed.

The condo is on the ground floor and is a single-level home. The beach is a 500-meter walk away. Coco Beach is a 9-minute walk (0.8 km); Playa Hermosa is an 8-minute drive (4.2 km); Ocotal Beach is an 11-minute drive (5.3 km); Playa Calzón de Pobre is a 13-minute drive (6.3 km). Liberia's Daniel Oduber International Airport is a 40-minute drive away.

Maximum eight overnight guests. The primary renter must be at least 18. Children of all ages are welcome. No events or parties, and no smoking anywhere on the property. One dog or cat weighing less than 23 kg is allowed. Community quiet hours are 22:00–08:00 daily. No unregistered overnight guests. Turn off air conditioning and lights when leaving, and lock all doors, especially the front door. Do not feed wildlife or stray animals. Check-in is after 15:00; check-out is by 11:00. Self check-in/check-out is available.
