The home has two full bathrooms, ocean views, direct beachfront access and a private deck and balcony. A spacious living area and dining room accompany a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware, dishes and utensils.

The four bedrooms are on Floor 1: two have king beds, one has twin/queen bunk sleeping arrangements, and one has queen sleeping arrangements. Linens and bath towels are provided, and bathroom facilities include a walk-in shower.

Facilities include air conditioning, heating, smart TVs, free wireless internet, an in-home washer and dryer, and free covered parking. The home has a private entrance and keyless self check-in. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher; a security camera is also present.

One pet is permitted and extra fees may apply. Seaside Serenity B occupies the entire second floor of the duplex and can be added separately for larger groups. Nearby activities include fishing, boating, biking, birdwatching, shopping and visits to state parks.
