No parties or venue use. No smoking inside. Pets require arrangement and special written permission; small, well-behaved pets may be allowed with limited interior access, special terms and a pet fee. This is a personal home, so storage for owner belongings may be required.
Getting there
The property is in Britannia Heights, close to waterfront restaurants and the city centre. It is described as walkable to waterfront eateries and a moderate walk or short drive to the city CBD. Tāhunanui Beach is 1.9 km away. The home has two levels with stairs between the upper and lower levels; parking is available on either level.
