House rules
Smoking is prohibited. Parties and events are not permitted. Groups of young people up to 21 years are not accepted. A refundable security deposit of SEK 2,000 is payable on arrival. Bed linen and towels can be rented. Final cleaning is not included; guests may clean themselves or book final cleaning. Electric-car charging is described inconsistently: one section says it is available at extra cost, while another says charging is not allowed.
Getting there
The property is 100 metres from the sea and 250 metres from a sandy beach and a rocky beach. Rossö Badplats is 1.5 km away. Parking for two cars is available.
