The house

The estate accommodates up to 10 guests across a three-bedroom main house and two detached studio cottage bungalows above it. The main house has furnished living and dining areas and a covered lanai overlooking Diamond Head’s coastline. Interiors include Agape Italy bathrooms and a kitchen with SieMatic Germany cabinetry and modern appliances.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, ocean views, a private balcony or lanai, ceiling fan, television and ensuite bathroom. Two additional main-house bedrooms each have a king bed, garden views, a ceiling fan and television. Plumeria and Ilima bungalows each have a private entrance, kitchenette, ensuite bathroom and views; each king-sized sleeping arrangement consists of two connected twin beds.

A secluded outdoor area below the main lanai contains a private pool, Jacuzzi and outdoor shower. There is a private yard, beach towels and a barbecue. Beach equipment rentals are available at an additional charge. A washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, television and satellite or cable TV are available. Smoke detectors and security cameras are listed among the safety features.

Driveway parking accommodates two vehicles; the garage is not accessible to guests. A steep stairway leads from the driveway entry gate to the main house and cottages. Local beaches, Diamond Head surf breaks, scenic lookouts and coastal walking routes are within walking distance. Waikiki is approximately a five-minute drive; Kahala Mall and Kahala Hotel & Resort are three minutes away.

Mandatory weekly cleaning carries an additional charge. Stays of 21–30 days or longer incur a utility fee or utility deposit. For 30-day rentals, the estate is exclusively available to the renter for the full rental period. Online bookings require manager or owner approval, and minimum stay requirements may apply.
