The advertised occupancy is up to 10 guests, with the additional guests beyond the base occupancy of 8 subject to an additional per-person, per-night charge. Children are welcome. Standard housekeeping is provided before arrival and after departure; additional cleaning during the stay may be arranged for a fee. A minimum number of nights may apply for certain Christmas/New Year arrivals.
Getting there
The villa is in Coral Bay, about a 20–25 minute drive from Cruz Bay. A jeep is needed for the stay. The property is directly on the water in Johnson Bay, with a sand-and-pebble, reef-protected beach just steps away. Coral Bay restaurants, bars, and grocery stores are 4–10 minutes away by the stated travel time; Salt Pond Bay and Lameshur Bay are 5–10 minutes away; North Shore beaches and Virgin Islands National Park are 15–20 minutes away.
