House rules
The responsible renter must be at least 25, unless a different minimum applies under unit-specific terms or law, provide proof of age on request, and stay at the property throughout the rental. Guests below the applicable minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Booking requires agreement to the house terms and the Avari Vacation Rental Agreement sent after booking. Unit-specific terms override the general house terms; booking-channel terms control if they conflict.
Getting there
The condominium is in a beachfront complex on the ocean side of Orange Beach.
Check dates and price before continuing with the host. A check does not reserve your stay. Confirm the terms with the host at stayavari.com.
