The house

The apartment accommodates four guests in two queen bedrooms. Ocean glimpses are visible from the balcony and upstairs windows, and the master ensuite's deep bath has an ocean view. On the ground floor are a one-car garage, a bedroom with a smart TV, full-length mirrors and backyard access, a bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity, and a compact cupboard laundry with a washing machine and sink. A clothes dryer is in the garage. The backyard has a BBQ, outdoor furniture and a clothesline.

Level 1 has an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with a dining table for six, electric cooking, dishwasher, TV, Bluetooth speaker, reverse-cycle air conditioning, a toilet and vanity, and a balcony. The lounge overlooks the Apollo Bay foothills. Level 2 contains the master bedroom with a Bluetooth speaker and an ensuite with a deep bath, shower, toilet and vanity. Linen is provided. A portacot is stored in the ground-floor bedroom wardrobe, and a high chair is available.

Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome. Other amenities include a coffee maker, microwave, oven, refrigerator, stove, kettle, toaster, hair dryer, shampoo, hot water, smoke detector and private entrance.
