## About the house

Natural wood finishes, shiplap ceilings, skylights and large windows frame the living spaces and water views. The living room has a stone fireplace and flatscreen TV, and the dining room opens through glass doors onto the patio. Upstairs, a game room provides space for activities and access to a bay-view balcony.

The fully stocked kitchen has updated appliances, an island with bar seating, ample cabinetry and preparation space. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, kettle and blender. A BBQ is also available.

The primary suite has a king bed, workstation and ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, double vanity and glass-enclosed shower. Two additional guest bedrooms have access to a shared full bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed restricted to children weighing no more than 100 lbs. All four bedrooms have central air conditioning and space for a crib; a Pack and Play is available.

Outside, the patio has a hot tub and outdoor seating beside a fully fenced yard. Other facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a laundry room with storage, heating and free parking. Exterior security cameras are in use.

Nearby beaches, local dining and coastal viewpoints are within walking reach. Downtown Blaine, markets, the marina, coastal trails, shopping and parks are a short drive away.
