The house

The home accommodates up to 31 guests across seven ensuite bedrooms, two additional bedrooms and a den with a queen sleeper sofa. Its 10 bathrooms comprise eight full bathrooms and two half bathrooms.

On Level 1, there are two ensuite bedrooms, two additional bedrooms, a separate full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, a theater room, a den with a wet bar and arcade game, and a laundry room. Level 2 has four ensuite bedrooms, a half bathroom and a den with a pool table and wet bar. Level 3 has an oceanside king ensuite with deck access, a half bathroom, a great room, a kitchen, and dining and bar seating. An elevator connects the levels.

Outdoor facilities include a private gated outdoor pool, hot tub, dune deck, outdoor shower, gas grill, basketball hoop and outdoor furniture. Five beach chairs are provided. The private beach walkway has steps. Community amenities include an outdoor pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts and soundside access.

The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows and blankets are provided. Entertainment includes cable and streaming TV. The home has central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and keyless entry.

Parking accommodates 10 vehicles. A 32-amp Level 2 J1772 electric vehicle charger is below the front stair landing; bring your own adapter. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31 in 2027. A Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027.
