## About the house

The 6,014-square-foot home sits in an aspen grove and comprises three glass pavilions stepped into the mountainside. Floor-to-ceiling windows face Bridal Veil Falls, the canyon and Telluride’s ski slopes. Downtown Telluride is one mile away and accessible on foot along the Idarado Trail beside the San Miguel River.

The lower tier contains a guest room, bunk room and sitting/media room. The second floor has an open-plan lounge, dining area, kitchen and terrace. The top floor includes the primary bedroom with two glass walls, two additional guest rooms and a yoga room. Five bedrooms have queen beds; the bunk room has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a trundle. All six bedrooms have bathroom access described as ensuite, including a jack-and-jill arrangement for the sixth bedroom.

The terrace has a gas grill, fire pit and dining table. A short path leads to a cedar hot tub among the aspens. Other facilities include a fireplace, gym/fitness room, ski storage, television, heating, laundry appliances and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware and dishes. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included.

Concierge assistance is available for restaurant reservations, ski lessons and festival passes. Kitchen stocking through Telluride Delivers and in-home spa services through Telluride Spa Concierge can be arranged. All stays require homeowner approval; direct reservations remain on hold until final confirmation.

Maximum occupancy is 13 guests. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. All stays require homeowner approval and completion of the required electronic Terms and Conditions; direct bookings remain on hold pending final confirmation. A $18,000 refundable security deposit is required at booking, and a $4,200.00 credit-card preauthorization is required at check-in as a damage deposit. For stays exceeding eight days, the reservation team schedules a paid In-Stay Refresh. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the reservation team with payment. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home. Shipping to the local office address is available on request for $50 per package and $75 for larger items. Early check-in and late checkout require text-message authorization from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depend on availability.
