## About the house

The villa has 743 square feet of interior space, a private ocean-view lanai, and connected living and dining areas with large sliding doors. The living area includes a television, with smart TV and satellite or cable entertainment available. Both sleeping areas are not enclosed and have ceiling fans, ocean views and ensuite bathrooms with shower/tub combinations.

The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and utensils, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, kettle and blender. BBQ equipment is also available. A washer and dryer, linens, shampoo, hair dryer and iron are provided. An arrival starter kit typically lasts four days.

Guests have access to a shared community pool. Beach chairs, towels, an umbrella and a cooler are available; additional beach equipment rentals carry a charge. The villa has a private entrance and free parking. There is no air conditioning.

Hanalei Bay and Princeville Center shopping and dining are within walking reach. The Na Pali Coast, golf courses and hiking trails are a short drive away. A car is necessary.

The property is currently for sale, and realtor showings may be arranged during a stay with at least 24–48 hours’ notice. Mandatory mid-stay cleaning charges apply to stays of 10 nights or more, with two mid-stay cleanings required for stays of 21 nights or longer. Resort and other fees may apply.
