House rules
A seven-night minimum stay applies year-round. No pets, smoking or parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and must accommodate only the guests recorded on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management of any changes. Treat the property with respect. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.
Getting there
The beach is within minutes on foot. The home is split across three levels. Parking accommodates three cars, including an undercover carport.
