## About the house

Seahaven accommodates six guests in three bedrooms with two bathrooms. A protected rear courtyard leads to a TV/reading room beside the master bedroom and ensuite. The middle level has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with a TV and gas log fire, plus an ocean-view deck. Two downstairs bedrooms share the main bathroom and have ceiling fans and storage. The home includes hydronic heating throughout, a Sonos sound system, an outdoor shower, an EV charger, bed linen, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, induction cooktops and Miele kitchen appliances. Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.

A seven-night minimum stay applies year-round. No pets, smoking or parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and must accommodate only the guests recorded on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management of any changes. Treat the property with respect. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.
