No parties. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00. Store outdoor furniture inside the premises when not in use. The property is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two.
Getting there
Shoal Bay Beach is across the road. Vehicle access is from Shoal Bay Road into Shoal Bay Avenue. The duplex is on the ground floor, but a single internal step leads from the living area to the dining area and kitchen. The garage is not in use; parking includes a carport space and two gravel spaces.
