## About the house

The home has four full bathrooms and ocean views from the great room and fourth-level ship’s watch, which has built-in seating. Level 1 has an ensuite bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk sets and a shower/tub combination. Level 2 has a king bedroom and queen bedroom sharing one bathroom, plus another queen bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing another bathroom; this level also has a covered deck. Level 3 has a queen bedroom with a semi-private bathroom and shower/tub combination, along with the great room, home theater system, kitchen, dining room and open deck. Multiple TVs/DVDs and cable TV are provided.

Outdoor facilities include a gated private outdoor pool, a seven-person hot tub, outdoor furniture, a charcoal grill and an outdoor shower. Five beach chairs are provided. Community amenities include tennis courts, pickleball courts and beach access. Two covered carport entrances serve the home, with parking for six vehicles. Corolla’s shops, restaurants and golf course are nearby.

The kitchen includes a blender, drip and pod coffee makers, dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, and a washer and dryer are provided. The home has central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi and municipal water. K Club Golf and the Welcome Program are included among the amenities. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31 in 2027.
