House rules
No parties or events; non-smoking. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Pets under 15 kg are permitted, except dangerous-breed dogs. Contact the agency one week before arrival to give your arrival time and arrange key collection. Check-in is 16:00–20:00; check-out is before 10:00, with flexible arrival and departure hours in low season by arrangement. Tourist tax is payable before the stay. Household linen is optional and supplied for the stay without replacement; in-stay housekeeping is not provided. Do not use domestic electrical sockets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging point. A refundable €800 security deposit per booking is taken as a card pre-authorisation. The concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Optional charges per booking: kitchen towels €2, towel set €7, double-bed linen €18 per bed, single-bed linen €14 per bed, end-of-stay cleaning €210 and bath mat €3. Cancellation insurance is optional at 5.5% of the booking. Bed linen and towels are not supplied unless ordered.
