House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not accepted. Groups of young people up to 18 years are not accepted. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide your arrival time and arrange key collection. In low season, check-in and check-out times may be flexible by arrangement. Tourist tax is included in the total price. A refundable €800 security deposit per booking is required. Linen and end-of-stay cleaning are optional. Linen ordered is supplied on arrival for the whole stay, with no replacement; cleaning during the stay is not provided. The concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Optional charges: kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €15 per booking; single-bed linen €12 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €95 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Internet, heating and garage are included.
Getting there
Sainte-Marguerite sandy beach is 5 m away. The apartment is described as beachfront. A bus stop is just behind the building and serves Pornichet railway station. The apartment is on the third floor and the building has a lift. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. No dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket is provided; do not use domestic sockets for vehicle charging and use a dedicated charging point instead.
