The house

The home has an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with a sectional sofa, TV and wood-burning heater. A second lounge has another sofa, TV and a timber bar. The equipped kitchen includes a microwave and Nespresso coffee machine, with an adjacent dining table. The covered patio has a gas BBQ, outdoor dining table, barrel bar tables and outdoor lounge.

The primary bedroom has a double bed, walk-in robe and ensuite. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third has a king single bed suitable for a solo guest or child. The family bathroom has a freestanding bathtub and separate shower. A study nook provides a workspace. Split-system air conditioning and heating serve the primary bedroom and living/kitchen area; ceiling fans are also provided. There is a private laundry with a washer, a private entrance and garden views.

Seaford Beach is a short walk away. Moana Beach and Port Noarlunga Beach are a short drive away. Free driveway parking accommodates up to two vehicles, with additional free street parking. A separate granny flat behind a fenced rear section and the garage are excluded from guest access. Firewood is not provided; guests may bring their own. Smoke detectors and security cameras are present.
