The apartment has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area opening onto a private 120-square-metre balcony with 180-degree ocean views, a gas barbecue and outdoor furniture. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator and toaster. There is dining seating for eight, four digital televisions, a sound system, split-system heating and cooling, an indoor fireplace and a dryer. Linen, hot water, an iron and a smoke detector are provided. The main bathroom has a shower and a separate toilet. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.

Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and may accommodate only the guests stated on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; notify management of changes. Pets are prohibited unless Pets Welcome is advertised. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods. The balcony may not be suitable for small children; check with the agent.
