House rules
No smoking. Up to two dogs are allowed, with no weight limit; cats are not allowed. One additional pet is permitted for $25 plus tax/week. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken and are not permitted in pools or hot tubs. Violation of the pet policy may result in termination of tenancy. Children and pets must not ride the elevator unattended; children must not play in or around it or stand between its gate and landing door. Never enter the elevator hoistway. Do not use the elevator if its locking system malfunctions, unusual sounds occur or the ride seems abnormal; do not attempt repairs yourself.
Getting there
The beach is a short walk away. Parking is limited to five vehicles. The elevator serves three levels and decks, but its dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant; steps or thresholds may be required for access.
