The house

The entry level has two separate lounge rooms, an LCD TV, an eight-seat dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with a five-burner oven, dishwasher, microwave, full-size fridge/freezer and cooking implements. The house has ducted air-conditioning and heating, wireless internet, a DVD player and board games.

The covered patio has a barbecue, outdoor dining table and ceiling fan, beside a large grassed yard. An internal laundry provides a washer and dryer. Parking includes a single lock-up garage, space for two cars in the driveway and free street parking.

All four bedrooms are upstairs and have built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a queen bed, an ensuite with shower and toilet, and a small balcony with seating. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two single beds; both overlook the backyard. The upstairs family bathroom has a bath, separate shower and toilet, and there is an additional toilet on the ground level.

Linen and towels are provided. Beds are made before arrival except bunk beds. The house is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two. Shoal Bay's waterfront, restaurants, cafes and shops are an 800 m walk, taking under ten minutes. The foreshore reserve offers public barbecue and picnic facilities.
