Before you book
House rules
The property is non-smoking, including inside the unit, on the balcony, and around the pool deck. Events require approval. The queen sleeper sofa is suitable for two children only. The person booking must be at least 25 years old and must occupy the property throughout the stay. A four-night minimum stay applies; longer minimums and full occupancy apply during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's weeks.
Getting there
Seven Mile Beach is directly behind the property. The sandy area directly behind SeaBreeze is private to owners and guests; public beach access is available around Ironshore. Cemetery Beach is a short walk north. Shoreline conditions vary with tides and storms, and hard Ironshore may be exposed in some years. A rental car is recommended for exploring beyond Seven Mile Beach; there is no Uber or Lyft on the island.
