House rules
No smoking. Up to two dogs are allowed, with no weight limit; cats are not allowed. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken. Scheduled check-in and check-out are on Saturdays. Optional early check-in is offered in limited quantities each week for an additional fee, subject to qualification.
Getting there
The home is oceanside, with community beach access a stroll away. The named beach access is Wave Arch South Access. Parking is limited to six vehicles.
