House rules
Maximum eight guests. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Ocean City noise ordinances apply; exceeding permitted noise levels at the property is a violation of the rental agreement and may be grounds for eviction under Maryland law. Booking requires agreement to VueStay’s rental terms, house rules and cancellation policy. Cancellation 30 or more days before check-in receives a full refund less the booking fee; cancellation within 30 days receives no refund.
Getting there
Garage parking is limited to cars, pickups and vans no more than seven feet high. Additional parking spaces are subject to first-come-first-served availability.
