The condo has a queen bed in Bedroom 1, a double bed and a twin bed in Bedroom 2, and one sofa bed in each of two common spaces. An open den/sunroom provides an additional sleeping area but has no partition or wall. Towels, bed linens, an iron, a coffee maker, a dining table and a dishwasher are provided. Washer and dryer facilities are available in a common space.

Shared Sea Watch facilities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball, tennis and volleyball courts, and an interior courtyard. The building has six elevators and a guarded parking garage. Indoor pool availability is not guaranteed in the off-season; confirm before arrival.

Parking: Yes · Guarded parking garage. From May 1 through October 31, Sea Watch charges $75, payable by cash or credit card, for one parking space if bringing a vehicle. Additional spaces may be available first come, first served at the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups and vans no more than seven feet high.

Maximum eight guests. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Comply with Ocean City's noise ordinances; excessive noise can be grounds for eviction under Maryland law. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay's rental terms, house rules and cancellation policy. Cancellations 30 or more days before check-in receive a full refund less the booking fee; no refund applies within 30 days.
