House rules
Pets are not allowed. Saturday check-in and checkout. No smoking beginning in 2027. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31. Optional early check-in is available in limited quantities each week for an additional fee, subject to qualification.
Getting there
The community beach walkway is a short stroll to the end of the street. Community soundside access is also available. Duck Village's shops, restaurants, and Soundside Boardwalk are a quick drive away. The home is arranged across three levels.
