Sea Walk accommodates up to 10 guests with five advertised bedrooms and four full bathrooms across three levels. The ground-floor ensuite is arranged as a den with a queen sleeper sofa and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. On the second level, the king ensuite has a shower/tub combination and covered-deck access. Two further bedrooms on this level contain two twin beds and a queen bed, with a separate full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and laundry facilities. The third-level queen ensuite also has a shower/tub combination.

The third-floor great room has wide windows with ocean views, a furnished living area, cable TV, and a gas fireplace available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31. The fully equipped kitchen and nearby dining area share this level with a screened porch. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensils, and cookware. Outdoor spaces include decks, outdoor furniture, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower.

Central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, and five beach chairs are provided. Parking accommodates six vehicles. The community offers beach and soundside access. The beach walkway is a short stroll to the end of the street; Duck Village's shops, restaurants, and Soundside Boardwalk are a quick drive away.

Pets are not allowed. Saturday check-in and checkout. No smoking beginning in 2027. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31. Optional early check-in is available in limited quantities each week for an additional fee, subject to qualification.
