The house

This updated 950-square-foot condo sleeps six and has an open-plan living and dining area. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto a private covered oceanfront lanai with dining and outdoor seating. Split-system air conditioning serves the living room and both bedrooms, and ceiling fans are provided throughout.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, garden views, a flat-screen TV, lanai access and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and garden views, with a nearby full bathroom containing a shower/tub combination. A queen sofa bed provides additional sleeping space in the living room.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and bar seating. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, dishes and utensils. The condo also includes Wi-Fi, an Ethernet connection, a washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, beach gear, starter amenities and television with satellite or cable service.

Shared facilities include an oceanfront community pool and hot tub, shoreline gas BBQ grills, picnic tables and lounging areas. Green Flash Coffee is at the complex entrance. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. Free parking is available, and a car is recommended. Honl’s Beach, Magic Sands Beach and Kona town’s shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Golf courses, snorkeling spots, coffee farms and historic attractions are a short drive away.

Children are welcome. Self check-in and check-out are available. Safety equipment includes a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke detector, deadbolt lock and outdoor lighting.
