The house

The condo sleeps four and has recently refreshed coastal interiors with an open living, dining and kitchen layout overlooking the Pacific. The living room has comfortable seating, a smart TV and sliding doors to the oceanfront lanai. Both the dining area and lanai seat four.

The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and utensils. Coffee equipment includes a coffee maker, espresso machine and grinder; a kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker and ice machine are also provided.

Both bedrooms have split air conditioning and ceiling fans. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the full hall bathroom also has a walk-in shower. The living room has no air conditioning; ceiling fans are provided throughout.

Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, smart TVs with cable service, a stackable washer and dryer, beach towels, linens, shampoo, a hair dryer and an iron. There is a private entrance and smart-lock self check-in. Safety equipment includes a smoke detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit.

Shared Sea Village facilities include an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ grilling area, landscaped lawns and picnic tables. Pool and hot tub hours may vary. Free on-site parking is available, but there is no electric-vehicle charging.

Downtown Kailua-Kona, Kailua-Kona Pier, Aliʻi Drive restaurants and cafés, the farmers market and shops are within walking access. Kahaluʻu Beach Park snorkeling, Kona coffee farms, golf courses, hiking trails, Huliheʻe Palace and Mokuaikaua Church are a short drive away. A car is not necessary.
