The house

The condo has an open living and dining area with Pacific Ocean views, seating for shared meals at a dining table for six, and access to a private oceanfront lanai. Air conditioning is available throughout.

The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and lanai access. The guest bedroom has a ceiling fan, and the living room provides additional sleeping accommodation. There is also a guest bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, modern black appliances, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker, ice machine, dishes and utensils. An in-unit washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, hair dryer and iron are provided. Entertainment includes a smart TV, satellite or cable television, stereo, DVD and CD player.

Shared Sea Village facilities include an ocean-view pool, hot tub, BBQ areas and tropical grounds. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. A starter kit includes essentials such as coffee, bottled water and laundry supplies; guests may replenish supplies locally as needed.

Oceanfront walking paths and local shops, cafés and restaurants in Kailua Kona are within walking distance. Farmers markets and beaches for swimming and snorkeling are a short drive away. A car is recommended.
