House rules
No smoking. No events or parties. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Please do not use domestic electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. Contact the local agency one week before arrival with your estimated arrival time to arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times can be arranged flexibly with the agency. Bed linen, towels and cleaning during the stay are not provided. Optional linen is supplied on arrival for the whole stay without replacement. The tourist tax is payable before the stay. Mandatory concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Optional services: kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set (one small and one large towel) €7 per booking; double-bed linen €15 per booking; single-bed linen €12 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €60 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Refundable security deposit: €800 per booking, held by card pre-authorization.
