No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not accepted. Groups of young people up to 18 years are not accepted. Maximum occupancy is 4 people, with no more than 2 adults. Contact the reception agency one week before arrival to provide arrival time and travel details for key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. A refundable €800 deposit per booking is secured by card pre-authorisation. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Optional services: kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; linen for a double bed €15 per booking; linen for a single bed €12 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €85 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are optional; ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the stay without replacement. A 5.5% booking cancellation insurance option is offered. Internet access and heating are included. The tourist tax is included in the total price. Contact the agency about the tax conditions for your dates.
Getting there
La Baule beach is 40 m away. The apartment is described as beachfront; no beach access route or mode is stated. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. No socket specially designed for electric-vehicle charging is provided; do not use domestic sockets for vehicle charging. A dedicated charging point is advised.
