House rules
Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Groups of young people aged up to 18 are not accepted. Pets are permitted except dangerous breeds. A mandatory hoomy concierge service fee is 10% of the reservation. Personalized arrival and departure services, heating, pet accommodation and outdoor parking are included. Bed linen and towels are not supplied as standard. Optional services per reservation: kitchen towels 2,00 €; towel set with one small and one large towel 7,00 €; linen for one double bed 18,00 €; linen for one single bed 14,00 €; bath mat 3,00 €; final cleaning 90,00 €. Ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the entire stay without replacement; mid-stay cleaning is not offered. Optional cancellation insurance costs 5.5% of the reservation. A refundable deposit of 800,00 € per reservation is secured by card preauthorization with the final payment. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover and communicate arrival time. Arrival is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; departure is before 10:00. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by agreement. Cancellation is free until 29 days before arrival, 50% of rent at 28–16 days and 100% from 15 days or for a no-show. Optional insurance requires documentation and covers specified cancellation causes, unused days after late arrival and interrupted stays.
Getting there
Erquy town centre is 100 m away, Erquy Beach is 350 m away and Caroual Beach is 600 m away. The apartment is on the second floor with an elevator and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Bicycle storage accommodates up to three bicycles. There is no dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; domestic sockets must not be used for vehicle charging. L’Eden is 270 m away, Carrefour Contact 280 m, La Marmite 650 m, Lamballe station 20 km and Rennes Bretagne airport 97 km. Approximate distances differ between the description and distance table: Super U 2–2.2 km, Cap d’Erquy 3–3.3 km, Fréhel Golf 6.5–7 km and Bluegreen Pléneuf-Val-André Golf 7.6–8 km.
