House rules

No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not permitted. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to share your arrival time and arrange key collection. During low season, check-in and check-out times may be flexible by arrangement. Bed linen and towels are not supplied; linen is optional and supplied for the stay without replacement. In-stay housekeeping is not provided. The tourist tax is included in the total price. A refundable security deposit of €800 per booking is requested as a card pre-authorisation. Published service charges: concierge fee 10% of the booking; final cleaning €150 per booking. Optional services: cancellation insurance 5.5% of the booking; kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set (one small and one large towel) €7 per booking; double-bed linen €15 per bed; single-bed linen €12 per bed; bath mat €3 per booking. Internet, heating and parking are included.

Getting there

Margareth Beach and Port Meleu Beach are 400 m away. Préfailles town centre is 500 m away. Up to four vehicles can park on the property grounds. The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility; it has a single-storey layout. Electric-vehicle charging is not provided: do not use domestic sockets and use a dedicated charging point.
