The house has a living and dining area with TV and views over Noirmoutier, an independent equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms with bathtubs, one with an integrated toilet, plus a separate toilet. Two bedrooms have one double bed each; two have two single trundle beds that can be pushed together. The house has a garden, garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron, changing table, travel cot and high chair. Parking for up to four vehicles is available on the grounds, and bicycles can be secured in the garage. Wi-Fi is available. The property is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not permitted. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to share your arrival time and arrange key collection. During low season, check-in and check-out times may be flexible by arrangement. Bed linen and towels are not supplied; linen is optional and supplied for the stay without replacement. In-stay housekeeping is not provided. The tourist tax is included in the total price. A refundable security deposit of €800 per booking is requested as a card pre-authorisation. Published service charges: concierge fee 10% of the booking; final cleaning €150 per booking.
