House rules
Parties and events are not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation; pets are not accepted. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Check-in is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; check-out is before 10:00. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide arrival time and arrange key collection. In low season, check-in and check-out times are flexible by arrangement. Refundable €800 deposit per booking, held by card pre-authorization. Final cleaning costs €110 per booking; concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Optional bath mat: €3 per booking; optional cancellation insurance: 5.5% of the booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Ordered linens are provided for the stay without replacement; in-stay housekeeping is not provided.
Getting there
Kelerdut sandy beach is 100 m away. The restaurant Carré Saint-Michel is 3 km away; Plouguerneau town centre and Intermarché are each 5 km away. The house has two private outdoor parking spaces. Do not use domestic electrical sockets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging point.
