House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not permitted. Pets are not permitted. Youth groups up to age 18 are not accepted. No linen renewal or housekeeping during the stay. Bed linen and towels are not provided. A refundable €800 deposit per booking is taken as a card pre-authorization. The concierge service fee is 10% of the reservation. End-of-stay cleaning costs €95 per booking. Optional linen charges per booking: kitchen towels €2; towel set (one small and one large towel) €7; double-bed linen €15; single-bed linen €12; bath mat €3. Optional cancellation insurance costs 5.5% of the reservation. Internet access, heating, personalized welcome and personalized end-of-stay service are included. Contact the reception agency one week before arrival to provide the arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times are flexible by arrangement.
Getting there
La Baule beach is 50 m away. The apartment is described as facing the beach and ocean. Free parking is available on Avenue de Saumur and nearby avenues; the apartment has no private parking.
