House rules
Smoking, pets, parties and events are not permitted. Groups of young people aged up to 18 are not accepted. There is no dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; do not charge vehicles using domestic sockets. A mandatory hoomy concierge service fee is 10% of the reservation. A refundable deposit of 800,00 € per reservation is secured by card pre-authorization with the final payment. Bed linen and towels are not supplied as standard. Optional services per reservation: kitchen towels 2,00 €; towel set with one small and one large towel 7,00 €; double-bed linen 18,00 €; single-bed linen 14,00 €; bath mat 3,00 €; end-of-stay cleaning 50,00 €. Ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the entire stay without replacement; cleaning during the stay is not offered. Optional cancellation insurance costs 5.5% of the reservation and requires supporting documentation. Personalized arrival and departure services and heating are included. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover and communicate the arrival time. Arrival and departure times can be arranged flexibly in low season. Arrival is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; departure before 10:00. Cancellation is free up to 29 days before arrival, costs 50% of rent from 28 to 16 days before, and 100% from 15 days before, at arrival or for a no-show.

The apartment is beside Saint-Enogat sandy beach, with beaches a few steps away. Port Salut beach is 900 m away and Fourberie beach is 2 km away. The apartment is on level -1 relative to the entrance hall. Free public parking is 50 m away. The nautical club, Chemin de Ronde de La Malouine and thalassotherapy are nearby. Le Café de la Plage is 280 m away; bakeries, butcher, pharmacy, bookshop, La Petite Longère, Le Beau Séjour and Le Pic A Bulot are 300 m away. Dinard thalassotherapy and spa is 700 m away, Les Terrasses de Saint-Enogat 750 m, Arthur Gardiner hospital 800 m, L’Arsaour 1.1 km, Grand Frais 3 km and Dinard Golf 6 km. Source distances conflict: Dinard town and Marché de Dinard are each 2 km in the description versus 1.5 km in the table; Intermarché is 2 km versus 1.7 km; Saint-Malo station is 12 km versus 11.5 km.
